male fighting female after baby hatched - 2010/01/03 03:00
Hi! My parakeet layed her first clutch only one hatched it's about 4 days old. It started yesterday that when the female parakeet came out of the nest box the male would attack her! They've been living together all their lives and never once attacked each other. I don't know what to do! they both help feed. Sometime the male would go into the nest and attack her from in there. I'm affraid for the new chick and the parents what should I do??
