Doves - sorry its a bit ot- UK south coast.

Can aynone point me in the right direcvtion of a well info/inaudibly feed supplies source for white doves. Sorry if this is a bit OT but I am not getting anywhere with saerches.

At the moment they are on a mixed corn feed with wild bird food added ( well they help themselves),and grit provided. They take bits out of the hazel tree, new grass shoots and forasge in the gravel drive etc so I'm assuming they are geting a uniformly rounded diet??

Breedin nicely with one newly adult ( very good mum still feeds occasionly), 2 ready to leave the dovecote any day and 2 hatchlings and the first mum sitting on eggs again.

I'm cautiously assuming for good heatlh( I formerly bred budgies many years ago - not quite the same I know) that after they've had their second clutches I should remove the eggs for the rest of this season and substitute fakes.

I also want to ring them if possible if only for personal identification purposes ( its getting confusing already what with the original 6 + babies + a stray white with black markings young hen who lokling like shes going to move in with no1 baby).

So if anyone could recommend a supplier in the UK - south coast but mail order ok - or offer any advicve I would be really grateful.
