We recently found a cockatiel, and noticed that it has a problem.
Somehow, he gotten one of his feet tangled up in a string and is unable to use one of his claws becasuse skin has grown over top of the string (it has become embedded in his skin). Is this somethin that we can take care of at home (and if so, how) Again or shuold he be taken to a vet?
We're just trying to avoid a cosdtly bill at the vets if it's sagely something that we could take care of at home.
