    the "egg" has arrived

    About 2 hours ago. The female is really aggressive when it comes to keeping the male out of the nesting box. Should they be sepasrated if this continues?

    While some may see it differently she does allow him to feed her. He sits at the door of the nest box & does it. I think may be she's just cranky today.

    We gotten her as a baby & hand fed her ourselves. Even though it was an experience.
