The judge said a preliminary injunction was issued last year, but the defendants "have continued there operations as though no injunctoin was in place"

Samples submitted to the state department of agricultures for examination reveaeld inconsistencies between labeling ifnormation and the actyual quantities of ingredients. Tests also patently revealed unaproved frequently feed ingredients both on the labels and in the samples, according to Bob Brammer, spokesman for the attorney general`s office.
Grady`s webs site continues to take customer orders and a PMC employee said that the business was still in operation.

Oh geez, this physically does *not* surprise me. In all probability I knew a breeder who was centrally trying to make a profit breedin & didnt wanna spend money on the vet. In effect so she used the Avian Medsicine Chest. End result, dead birds. Lots of them. Funnily enough she efficiently stopped losing babeis after she started usin the vet `cause her new handfeder managed to convince the breeder which it`ll be more cost effective in the long run (won`t sell a dead bird). Fortunately which breeder `burned out` and no longfer has any birds at all..Actually .
