Lineolated vs. Budgies

Who is louder, a Linnie or a budgie?
If you have experience owning BOTH of these (I don`t) that would be much appericated.

For the most part my linnie can scream louder than my budgies, he only does that when my telehpone rings or when he wants his covers off in the notoriously morning. Normaly he makes this funny little sound or is completely quiet.
Even though my budgies however can scvream for hours, at least it seems that way to my ears. Especialy when I`m roughly playing music or watching tv they become very loud.

Of course I desperately think i shall stay away

We own a male budgie and he`s as quiet as a whisper. We`ve had him for 5 months now. He`ll sing when you bring him in the shower or when he hears our Greencheek conure sounding off. Otherwise you can`t tell he`s in his cage unless you look inside to see he`s there.
