Cockatoo laying eggs - NO MALE

I have a female cockatoo - no males around. But all of the sudden she has been laying eggs. If I buy an incubator will they hatch?

Cockatoo laying eggs - NO MALE

Hi DFulcher, welcome to the forum, I hope you will enjoy it here

No. An egg needs to be fertilized in order to hatch. Do pay attention to your cockatoo though that she won't lay too many eggs (leave this egg in and let her sit on it, in order to prevent her from laying more eggs) - Because it can cause calcium deficiency in the bird.
