When you read the page in that link you will see the heading
"Non-Toxic Wood for Birds"
and underneath that a list of non-toxic trees and others.
"Tree Limbs non-toxic for birds:"
"CRAPE MYRTLE - (not the same as myrtle)"
============
meaning it is not toxic

looked at the list did not find anything on colonial blue chaste tree ( vitex 'colonial blue')
i will keep looking tho. trying to get trees and bushes planted so when my outside aviary gets up. the plants have had a chance to take hold.
