Cinnamon green cheek conure

I have a conure and her nostrils are red they have been a little red for a couple of weeks nothing else wrong with he. Today she started making a funny noise not sure if it's coughing or sneezing or just nothing can anyone help me out here please!

This might sound cliche but in case of doubt you should always visit your avian vet just to rule out anything nasty. People might give suggestions on forums about what it could be or couldn't be, but the only reliable diagnosis can only come from a vet
