Identity crisis

I am confused. I hope someone can help me out here. This is Nibbles. I have been told she is a Lutino Lineolated Parakeet and just a normal parakeet. Any ideas? I got her from a person that was not caring for her. Want to know so I can find her a good companion and take proper care of her. I downloaded photos to the photo album also if this one won't attach.
