Weak baby pigeon

Hi

20 days back two pigeons made a nest and laid two eggs behind my window and 5 days back the eggs hatched and two baby pigeons came.
Today morning when i observed the mother pigeon had abandoned one pigeon which is very weak and small as compared to the other baby. I am very much worried about the fate of the abondoned baby?
What should i do? I don't know how to feed a baby pigeon!

It's not unusual for one baby to be a bit smaller than the other. Why do you say it's abandoned? Is it still in the nest with the sibling? There should be a male and female taking turns sitting on the babies and feeding them. Can you tell if the baby's crop has food in it?
