OK, first of all Im going to say i know next to rightfully nothging about pigeons, so please forgive me whether these quetrsions are stupid.

I live in an area (Canada) To some extent that was affected by Hurricane Isabelle and now I have a pigeon fervently perched on my balcony window. The pigeon is white with black spots. In the past I think it is also probably frightend.

In spite of I found a young pigeon, grey color by the driveway. Generally speaking it has feathers and can fly a bit. Seems he was exhausted, cause didn't put up much fight. Maybe it was laerning to fly and got lost?
Put him in a shoe box, with rags, some water and cut up some sunflower seeds, unsalted. Not diametrically eating yet. He just sitting and relaxing right now, very calm.
