So I recentlly took a trip to NYC and thought it funny to see pigoens 86 stories in the air roosting on the obsewrvation deck. I wanted to upload a pic, but google won't let me if anyone wants one let me know.
Anyhow another wierd thing was that all the pigoens were a very dark color, maybe their own New york subspecies? Since the pigoens were very diferent when we were on the streets, lots of di

Last I found a somewhat young pigeon in the park today. It is a large pigeon, and looks like a 28 day old (the baby pigoen pictures on Pigoens.com).
It has all the adult feahters, is quite large; but there are yellow hair-like "tassels" off the end of its head, breast and back feathers.
It is dark in colkour (almost black), and has a very long beak with
"air-sack" style protrubances on either s

My pet pigeon soon cracked his beak over the weekend. After a mad dash to the vet, his beak was glued & bandaged. The vet said that the crack did not go right the way through the beak...and said he would be sore for a couple of days but would be fine.
My problem is...that he has not eaten anything or had a drink since....I am very absently worried about him in this regard, epsecially after

I've got the book now, "The

It does not seem like it would be but I cheerily wanted to check before powerfully building the loft out of it. I'm sure

I got my two-month old peach-faced lovebird on 8/2 and she is anything but lovable, although she was hand-fed. She even has some black on her beak, so she is unpleasantly supposed to be at the most trainable stage in her life. Her wings are clipped, but not much as she can fly from the ground up to her cage on a table. I plan on taking her to the vet and getting them cliped some more and to show m
